Voice Over Brighton & Sussex (VOBS) is a networking group I started up in 2016 to help support and inform those in Brighton and Sussex about voice over. Plus to raise awareness for local businesses, that they can stay local for their talent base to get world-class voice-over.

Our Next Event

This is our 8th Voice Over Brighton & Sussex drinks meet up/networking/get together and our 2nd via Zoom!
 
To help give us a boost in these times of challenge, we have Esther Stanhope the ‘Impact Guru’ speaking to us about how to keep our heads above water and thrive!

Esther is an international speaker, an award-winning author, ‘personal impact’ expert and former BBC producer who’s helped Hollywood stars, politicians and business leaders radiate charisma live on air.
(She’s interviewed Madonna, George Clooney and produced shows with British pm Boris Johnson in a live studio)
She now helps professionals to Speak like a leader from ….FTSE 100 Firms (Barclays, JPMorgan and Deloitte) as well as MPs at the House of Commons.
She speaks all over the world from Canada & the University of Harvard to Tel Aviv and Paris.
Her book – Goodbye Glossophobia – banish your fear of public speaking has just won the highly commended award at the British Business Book Awards 2020.
 
It’s topical as all the tips apply to speaking on camera, mic and on Zoom – something we’ve all had to learn during the lockdown.
Sit back and listen to her many quirky tips on how to speak like a leader in any scenario.
